At Kourepis Coaching & Recovery, we guide families and individuals all around North America to rebuild their lives through real connection, discipline, and proven tools for lasting change. Our approach combines 20 years professional insight with lived experience to meet people where they’re at and guide them toward lasting transformation. We work with adults and youths, helping individuals to find direction, discipline, and confidence during the most formative years of their lives. Whether it’s sobriety coaching, family mentorship, crisis interventions or Mixed Martial Arts training in boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I work closely with youth and adults to channel energy in the right direction, strengthen the mindset, and build confidence from the inside out.
The goal isn’t only to achieve sobriety it’s to equip individuals with the foundation to create self-sustained lives rooted in discipline, balance, and long-term growth.
About Me
Dimitri Kourepis, RCP. Interventionist
My name is Dimitri Kourepis, I founded Kourepis Coaching & Recovery to dedicate myself to service. I operate out of Montreal & Los Angeles and I’m someone who’s been through the darkness of addiction and made it out the other side. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, broken, and unsure of who you are or how to move forward. I’ve lived the chaos, the pain, and the consequences and I also know what it takes to rebuild.
Today, I’ve turned my life into something I’m proud of. As a Certified Recovery Coach, Interventionist and MMA fighter out of Tristar Gym, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others rise whether it’s through recovery coaching, youth mentorship, fitness, or martial arts. I use every tool I’ve gained from lived experience and my training under highly skilled coaches & Interventionists to establish real discipline and support people on their journey back to themselves. Martial arts, especially boxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu, became a lifeline for me. It taught me focus, respect, and how to find peace in the middle of the chaos. It’s more than training it’s therapy, structure, and a reminder of who I truly am.
My passion is to inspire anyone at any age to believe that change is possible. I’m here to walk beside you, not above you. This isn’t just a job for me it’s my purpose, and it’s the most meaningful thing I’ve ever done.

Instead of staying in the same cycle, CBT gives you tools, structure, and accountability to take control of your mindset and your behavior—one step at a time.
Exercise-Based Treatment
Exercise-Based Therapy is a key component of our approach. Through structured training, clients rebuild discipline, consistency, and mental resilience—showing up daily, pushing through discomfort, and creating real momentum.
